Director, Customer Success

Amber M. Copeland manages the overall vision and strategic planning during the client onboarding process. As the client advocate, Amber creates a successful customer experience through a clear, thoughtful process supporting product adoption and implementation. Her strong background in business, analysis, communication, marketing, and management makes Amber a valuable and versatile member of the team.

Amber has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Marketing with a focus on I/O Psychology.

She both supported and pioneered research on evaluation, retention, and performance predictability of AFOSI Agents. Amber has presented at numerous symposiums and has contributed to published works appearing in peer-reviewed journals.

Amber earned her AACSB MBA, with additional coursework in Information Systems and Organizational Management.
