RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION

  • Leverage your talents to seek out solutions to difficult problems with dedicated passion
  • Adapt and pivot effectively as projects and workloads shift with emerging product needs
  • Train and support clients as they implement RIBBIT products and solutions
  • Test, publish, and coordinate product updates alongside software engineers
  • Resolve tickets for software and hardware and lead solutioning for RIBBIT team and clients
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player to achieve shared goals and successes
  • Connect with reliable internet for remote engagement with RIBBIT team and clients with video
  • Continue learning with certification opportunities, testing, and peer reviews
  • Provide a flexible schedule for specialized work which may occur outside of business hours

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT related filed
  • Ability learn new skills and adapt to an emerging environment
  • Manage new and existing projects with independence and strong task-ownership
  • Understanding of SQL and ability to write SQL statements and procedures with complex joins
  • Experience in non-relational databases is preferred
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles
  • Desire to solve problems and collaborate through effective communication
